  21. Welcome to the demo/shareware version of OnForm, the leading invoice/ordering
  22. utility for the Amiga!

  29. 1.  When OnForm is run this file will be loaded to remind you to register, to
  30. leave this document simply press the ESCape  key.  If  this  file  cannot  be
  31. located where expected, OnForm will refuse to work!
  32.  
  33. 2.  A  reminder  to  register  is  randomly printed when you attempt to print
  34. invoice/order forms. When 'Print' is first selected there  is  a  33%  chance
  35. that  the  reminder  will  be  printed.  Once a reminder has been printed the
  36. likelihood of it being printed again is reduced to  just  10%.  However,  for
  37. each  'successful'  (no  reminder  printed)  print  operation  the  chance is
  38. increased by 3% up to a maximum of 80%.

  41. The full uninhibited version of OnForm is only available directly from me  to
  42. registered  users.  Further  details  on how to order and become a registered
  43. user may be found at the end of this document.

  47. Before using the OnForm disk it is recommended that a backup  copy  is  made.
  48. The  copy should be used for day to day use, the original disk should only be
  49. used for making further working copies. This shareware/demo version of OnForm
  50. may be freely distributed providing  no  excessive  charges  are  made.  This
  51. program  has  taken some time to create, if any 'profit' is made it should be
  52. made by me!

  57.                            Hard Drive Installation
  58.                            -----------------------

  61. 1.  Boot as normal from your hard drive.
  62.  
  63. 2.  Insert the OnForm Disk in any drive.
  64.  
  65. 3.  Double-Click on the OnForm disk icon.
  66.  
  67. 4. Drag the OnForm draw icon from the OnForm  disk,  onto  the  icon  of  the
  68. partition where you would like OnForm to be installed.
  69.  
  70. 5. When disk activity stops, double-click on the  'Install-Libs'  icon.  This
  71. short  script  copies other files required by OnForm to the boot partition of
  72. your hard drive. Please Note: It is not necessary to use  the  'Install-Libs'
  73. script if you have already used it when installing AddressPrint or Dysk-Stik.

  75. If you experience the error - 'Can't open narrator' when  attempting  to  run
  76. OnForm,  you will also need to execute the 'Install-Speech' script. This will
  77. copy across files required to provide speech synthesis.

  84. If you have not yet returned a registration form please do so NOW! The OnLine
  85. program  provided has been created specifically for this purpose. User who do
  86. not register will not receive full  back-up  or  news  of  new  programs  and
  87. updates.  Information  disclosed  on  registration forms will remain strictly
  88. confidential and will only be used by myself to deal with any queries you may
  89. have.

  116. Dysk-Stik  V1.1  -  a  feature  packed,  user-friendly  data-base program for
  117. printing 3.5" disk labels. Replace all those tatty hand-written  labels  with
  118. smart  printed ones. Extensive preferences include - print quality, character
  119. pitch, text style, print colour,  left  margin  and  label  placement.  Other
  120. useful  features include edge print, a handy facility for printing the disk's
  121. name and number along the edge of the disk, this enables disks  to  be  found
  122. with  ease  when  stored in disk boxes. To allow easy access to specific disk
  123. labels two search methods have been incorporated, one searches for  a  disk's
  124. name the other for the disk number.

  126. AddressPrint V4.4 - The latest version of the popular and easy to use address
  127. labelling  program.  New  features include a facility for creating mail-merge
  128. files, a print-mode setting allowing addresses to be printed on either labels
  129. or envelopes, and an auto-load feature for opening an .ADP file automatically
  130. when  AddressPrint  is  run.  Other  program  improvements  include  improved
  131. printing speeds and better error handling.

  140. The first step you must take to become a registered-user is to  complete  and
  141. return a registration form using the OnLine program provided. All information
  142. disclosed  on  registration  forms will remain strictly confidential and will
  143. only be used by myself to deal with any queries you may have. As well as FREE
  144. technical  support,  registered-users  will  also  be  contacted   when   new
  145. programs/updates  become  available  and  will  be  offered these at discount
  146. prices.

  149. you order more than one disk you should pay  the  full  price  for  the  most
